CAFASP3 Contacts Prediction Evaluation Results

Important:

All the predictions that are shown here correspond to a sequence separation equal or higher than 6, 12 and 24 between the residues of each predicted pair.
Only the first predicted model was evaluated for each server.
Side chains for each prediction were obtained with MaxSprout (L. Holm and C. Sander, 1991. J.Mol.Biol, 218: 183-194).
All the predictions were evaluated from delta=0 to delta=5, but showing only evaluations for delta=0 and delta=1 (see Ortiz et al., 1999. Proteins: Structure, Function and Genetics, 3:177-185).

Targets not evaluated:

T0134 and T0139 have numbering irregularities.

T0131 has an unreliable structure.

T0145 appears to be a "natively unfolded" protein.

T0144, T0158, T0163, T0164, T0166, T0171, T0175 and T0180: structures not available.
