PDB Models

A summary of the work done at Biocomputing group from University of Rome 'La Sapienza' can be found below:
Models and Structural Analysis of Isoforms

Models have been built for some sequences, the collected structural data shows which models have been built. The last column contains a PMDB code if a model has been built. This column also shows which models are in progress and will be submitted to the database soon. If the model column contains a PDB chain code, the sequence has 100 identity to the PDB sequence (though it may be just a fragment).

PMDB models are available at the Protein Model Database in Rome, enter the PMDB code that appears in the column.

Model Domain Exon Boundaries

- Domain Exon Boundaries

The domain-exon boundaries for these models and the relationship between the two sets of boundaries can be seen here.

This work was carried out by Alejandro Giorgetti and Domenico Raimondo of Anna Tramontano's group.
