A summary of the work done at Biocomputing group from University of Rome 'La Sapienza' can be found below:
Models and Structural Analysis of Isoforms
Models have been built for some sequences, the collected structural data shows which models have been built. The last column contains a PMDB code if
a model has been built. This column also shows which models are in progress and will be
submitted to the database soon. If the model column
contains a PDB chain code, the sequence has 100 identity to the PDB sequence (though it may
be just a fragment).
PMDB models are available
at the Protein Model Database in Rome,
enter the PMDB code that appears in the column.
