Bioinformatics Unit, UCL mGenTHREADER Fold Predictions

The 1097 protein sequences derived from the ENCODE project predicted coding regions (GENCODE subset) have been annotated using mGenTHREADER and uploaded into the Genome Threading Database (GTD). The summary page gives a breakdown of the confidence of the predictions and compares the frequency of SCOP folds in the predictions.

Summary of Fold Predictions from mGenTHREADER

64 Encode proteins do not have a prediction from mGenTHREADER.

If you wish to look at the individual predictions there is a tab-delimited file at the end of the summary page.
